  • Usage (on by default): app opens, workout started/finished, and similar funnel events — no weights or exercise names.
  • Training sets (on by default in beta): from finished workouts — exercise names, weight, reps, tempo, effort (RPE), tied only to an anonymous install ID.
  • Feedback you send: only what you choose to submit (message, optional screenshots).
  • We do not sell your data. Opt out of usage or training-data sharing on the Workout home screen.
